Blacksneakers is a North Carolina-based illustrator and painter. Her main interest is in the human body. She can portray emotions, mind, and body while incorporating brilliant colour schemes to create intricate, fanciful narratives about Afrofuturism and the black experience. She believes it is better for her to lend her voice to a community that is already distinct and attractive.
